On March 15, 2019, Waldemar Sivinski, Vice-President of IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence (IREG Observatory), and the delegation of rectors of Polish universities visited the Russian New University (RosNOU).
Vladimir Zernov, Rector of RosNOU, showed the guests a university, a medical center, and spoke about the building’s history, training programs, the use of nano-tracker in psychological research, the Cardiocode instrument, and other developments of the university.
George Gabrielian, the Director of the International Affairs & Academic Mobility Directorate of RosNOU, spoke about exchange programs with Poland, in particular with the Higher School of Finance and Management.
“The Russian New University is very strong in many disciplines: in engineering, natural sciences, particularly in mathematics, in the humanities,” – Valdemar Sivinski highlighted in his response. “RosNOU is the University of Practical Technologies and has an authority on the global educational arena.”
“I know that RosNOU is one of the strongest private universities in Russia and Eurasia, therefore, it was admitted to the IREG. Pharmaceuticals, Chinese and other languages – this is not easy for private universities to have this level of education. It is difficult to develop a private university. And your team does this.”
