RosNOU Student is a laureate of the competition of young translators

On November 16, 2019, the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of the Faculty of Humanities Education of Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) announced the results of the annual competition of translation among students of higher educational institutions.

The jury included candidates and doctors of philological and pedagogical sciences, associate professors of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of NSTU, as well as employees of the AUM translation agency (Novosibirsk).

In 2019, 379 applications from 28 cities of Russia were accepted to the competition. In the nomination "Translation of an Advertising Text from English into Russian," 100 applications were submitted, including a student of the Institute of Humanitarian Technologies of RosNOU Vitaly Vlasov, who eventually received the III degree diploma.
